If your organization uses the Lucernex Mobile App and authenticates Lucernex with Single Sign-On (SSO), you can now sign in to the app with SSO instead of entering a username and password. To request this for your implementation, contact Accruent Support.

If your SSO user is not set up correctly, the Lucernex web sign-on page displays on your device. If this occurs, contact your Administrator.
